Admins have the ability to Log in as the User to view what the User sees when logging in.


This is helpful when making edits to the Payment Page from the Admin Portal and making sure it looks the way you desire. 


You have the ability to do this on both the Group and Merchant Toolbox as long as the User is ACTIVE.


To Log in as a User

1. Log in with your Admin Credentials 

2. Select Manage > Users

3. Find the ACTIVE User you want to log in as

4. Select "Actions" then "Open Profile"

5. Select "Login as this User" in the upper right hand corner.
