To Unlock your User
- On both the Group and Merchant Level you will go to Manage > Users > then find the User that is locked.
- Once you find the locked account select "Actions" and select "Open Profile"
- Once the Profile is open select the drop down under "Status" and change it to "Active" and save.
- If your User remembers their password you can let them know they are able to log in.
If your User does NOT remember their password you can reset their password for them and let them know they've been unlocked and their password reset.
- To reset their password, find their account and go to "Actions" > "Reset Password"
