You are able to import your customers at both the Group level (Group toolbox) and at the Merchant level (Merchant toolbox).
Import customers at the Group level if you want to import customers for multiple companies that you manage.
Import customers at the Merchant level if you want to import customers only for a specific property.
To import customers from either the Group Level or Merchant Level, access Manage > Users, and click the Import button.
- In the Group Toolbox (where you can view all of your companies and all of your residents), you can import customers of your different companies all in one place.
- In the Merchant Toolbox (where you can view details for one specific company you manage), you can import, or individually add customers for only that specific company.
To add a customer in the Group Toolbox, click on Manage > Users > Import. Import your web users using the appropriate format.
To add a customer in the Merchant Toolbox, click on Manage > Users > Import, and import your web users using the appropriate format.
In the Merchant Toolbox, you can also add customers individually. To do this, click on Manage > Users >Add New User, then create the customer's profile and you will be good to go!
