The velocity settings are set for the 5 following instances:
1) Largest or Maximum payment amount for any single transaction
2) Maximum daily volume amount to process for a single day
3) Maximum item count (number of transaction) for a single day
4) Maximum period volume amount to process for the period
5) Maximum item count (number of transaction) for the period
Each association has an individual location number, referenced as the location ID.
When a request is submitted we reference the association name and location ID.
